Delete your Decks data
1. Data on your phone
Your settings, the decks you create and which cards you've played are stored only on your device. We can't see this data or delete it for you, but you can remove it completely:
- Uninstall Decks, or
- open Android Settings > Apps > Decks > Storage > Clear storage.
2. Anonymous usage statistics
If you agreed to share anonymous stats, Google Analytics for Firebase holds anonymous usage data linked to a random ID for your install. You can do two things:
- Stop sharing: in the app, open Settings > Share anonymous stats and switch it off. Nothing more is sent.
- Delete what was already sent: email us using the button below. In the app, go to Settings and copy "Your anonymous ID" into the email, so we can find your data.
Or write to rubysoftwarestudio@gmail.com with the subject Decks - delete my data.
What happens next: we delete the analytics data linked to that ID and confirm by email within 30 days. Analytics data is also deleted automatically after [14] months. We delete our email conversation with you after the request is complete.
3. Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play and belong to your Google account, so they keep working after reinstalling. To ask about purchase records, include your Google Play order ID (from the receipt email) in your request. Some purchase records may have to be kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax. To manage or cancel a subscription, use the Google Play Store app: Profile > Payments & subscriptions.
