Tuniva terms of use
1. Using Tuniva
Tuniva is a music player for the audio files on your device, and a way to discover and stream music from a third-party catalogue. By using the app you agree to these terms. Tuniva is for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Music
You are responsible for having the right to play the files on your device. Music you stream or download through Tuniva belongs to its artists, who choose the license it is shared under. Downloads are offered only where the artist allows them. Use downloaded music under that license, and do not copy, resell or redistribute it. Tuniva does not own, moderate or age-rate the music in the catalogue.
3. Lyrics
Where lyrics are shown, they come from a third-party service and belong to their rights holders. They are shown for personal reading only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Ads and themes
Tuniva is free and supported by ads. Watching a rewarded ad unlocks the extra app themes for the current session only; the default theme is always free.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Tuniva to infringe anyone's copyright, to interfere with the app or the services it connects to, or to try to get around its limits, including the download restrictions artists set.
6. Availability and changes
The catalogue, lyrics and other online features come from third parties and can change or stop working at any time, with or without notice. We may update Tuniva and these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the changes.
7. No warranty, limited liability
Tuniva is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always work or be error-free. To the extent the law allows, Ruby Software is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app.
8. Privacy
How Tuniva handles your information is explained in the privacy policy, also available in the app's Settings.
